Mitt Romney spoke to supporters in Milwaukee about the results of the Wisconsin, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. primaries.

Mitt Romney spoke to supporters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, after sweeping the primaries on Tuesday night, with victories in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin.
Romney focused his speech on the President in what is being seen as a turn towards the general election. The President "has spent the last four years laying the groundwork for a Government-centric society," he told supporters.
He said that he knew that free enterprise couldn't solve all of society's problems, but that "it can be a great force for good."
"The true engine of job creation in this country is the private sector," he said.
Wisconsin has 42 delegates up for grab.
Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan, Chairman of the House Budget Committee, endorsed Mitt Romney earlier in the week, and introduced him at tonight's event. Rep. Ryan criticized the Obama Administration, in what is becoming a key theme of Romney's campaign.
Mitt Romney was declared the winner of the Maryland primaries shortly after polls closed there. Twenty-four of Maryland's 37 delegates are awarded on a winner-take-all by congressional district basis, with an additional 10 awarded to the overall winner of the state.
The former Massachusetts Governor also won Washington, DC, which allocates 16 delegates on a winner-take all basis.
