Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney contrasted his tax cut proposals with President Obama’s policies Monday at a Tri-State Tax Day summit in Philadelphia. The Independence Hall Tea Party Association organized this event, held at the Franklin Institute. Pennsylvania holds its Republican presidential primary Tuesday, April 24 on the same day as primaries in Delaware Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island.
