Services Administration (GSA) officials testified at a hearing on the
investigation of their agency and its overall culture of wasteful
spending. The hearing focused on rooting out waste, fraud, abuse,
corruption, and increasing accountability. Daniel Tangherlini discussed
steps he has already taken since joining the agency, including
centralizing both the financial and procurement functions.
