This is the video that sent us down a veritable rabbit hole of research. Someone from the Army contacted us to share a spectacularly clunky video starring avatars that embody the Uncanny Valley debating the merits of ending Don't Ask Don't Tell in creepy, computer-generated voices. We couldn't believe it was real. And, the Pentagon tells us, it wasn't really. Yes, someone made it and intended for soldiers to watch it, but, the Pentagon says, it was not approved for use because of "poor production and content." We hope that will be a relief to any soldiers who have been told to sit through the whole thing.
