The problem is both the House and the Senate are off till the 28th of February, which gives the Senate five working days to amend or pass the bill.. And as I see it unless all Democrats agree to what is in the Bill it will not pass, even if it does the President has said he would  veto it.  The Republicans know this and that is why they did what they did with healthcare, abortion covered up by Planned Parenthood Funding, EPA funding,
I have never been more fearful of what is happening to my country, it is being torn apart at the seams, there will be no budget and the republicans will not pass a temporary funding unless it contains spending cuts.  At least that is what Mr Graham said this morning on Meet the Press.......Yikes.
