For All Mankind (1989)

The story of the twenty-four men who traveled to the moon, told in their words, in their voices, using the images of their experiences.

When will we return..... We as humans were meant to explore, to widen our universe, to explore that which we do not understand or comprehend. Just like airplanes, automobiles, submarines, our destiny lies in the vast expanse of our heavens.  Neil Armstrong lead the way with his steps on the moon, Alan Shepard was the first to take that giant step into the heavens. John Glenn orbited around the earth. In the space of a month we have lost two astronauts that have lead the way for all the others to follow. RIP Neil and sally.
