Conservative Political Action Conference
Senator Rand Paul criticized President Obama's call for a minimum tax on millionaires and billionaires. Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, Senator Paul warned of a looming national debt crisis, saying even his party was late to address the issue.
