As negotiations over our nation's debt stutter, stall, and start up again, follow NBC's cameras and crews as they swarm the Capitol complex on Wednesday, July 27 to capture a legislative day unfolding. The lenses will follow the relationships and conversations behind the headlines as NBC's Brian Williams interviews key lawmakers -- House and Senate leaders from both parties -- and the staffers out of the spotlight who keep the institution running. The program airs Sunday, July 31 at 7 p.m. ET.
