MR. DAVID GREGORY: This Sunday, a shooting rampage in Arizona grips the nation and stuns Capitol Hill in the first week of the new Congress. Clinging to life this morning, three-term Arizona congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, shot in the head by a gunman during a constituent event at a supermarket in Tucson. The attack left six dead, including a nine-year-old girl, a federal judge and an aide to the congresswoman. Another 12 were wounded. The president addressed the nation from the White House.
