President Barack Obama this week will address the nation on the oil spill when he returns from a trip to the Gulf Coast region.David Axelrod, White House adviser, announced the address on NBC's "Meet the Press" and said it is planned for Tuesday.
"He wants to lay out the steps that we're going to take from here to get through this crisis," Axelrod said.
