Appeals Court: "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" ends now

The latest ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" just came down. A three-judge panel is lifting the stay on its previous ruling, which declared  DADT unconstitutional and ordered the U.S. military to stop enforcing it.
But Servicemembers Legal Defense Network is warning LGBT service personnel not to celebrate too openly just yet. Their advice?
The bottom line is DADT is still in effect and it is NOT safe to come out.
Much more to come.
