Friday p-Op quiz: 'Punk'd' Edition

A governor got punk'd. A dictator fell off the deep end, mentally speaking. An ugly law was called out by the president for what it is: unconstitutional. And a senator declared a doomed-before-it-started war -- on prostitutes. That's basically what happened this week. But knowing all of that won't be enough to pass today's p-Op quiz.
We've got Kardashians and Gaddafi; Michelle Obama and Lindsay Lohan; Osama Bin Laden and Lady Gaga. You'll see how they all fit together when you take the quiz.

1. David Brooks wrote this week, "It’s really important that we establish an unwritten austerity constitution: a set of practices that will help us cut effectively now and in the future." What did he say is the foundation of this unwritten constitution?
2. After careful review, President Obama did or did NOT come to the conclusion that "Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act (“DOMA”)...as applied to same-sex couples who are not legally married under state law, violates the equal protection component of the Fifth Amendment"?
3. Why did Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada say he wanted to end prostitution in Nevada?
4. Which was NOT given by Libyan dictator Moammar Gaddafi as a reason for the revolt against him after 41 years in power?
5. "I'm trying to say that _______________ does not project the image of women that you might see on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue or of a woman Alex Rodriguez might date every six months or what have you." Fill in the blank and identify the person who hissed this opinion.
